if she can walk in heels on cobblestones she has already more accomplished than Leo and Mehole put together

The old phrase of same faeces, different day comes to mind. So Varadkar is packing it in then?, the leadership of the party? Or is it already agreed that everyone gets a go at the top in FG?

Helen McEntee. illegal donations, claiming expenses while on leave.

don’t be obsessing over which young whippersnapper dons the leaders robes, they are all under orders from a shady cabal, don’t you know.

College drop-out in the running to be leader of FG? The Boy Harris has his work cut out. Somehow I don’t think Helen McEntee has learned enough yet to become leader – though the culchie members may bring a lot of pressure to bear, after the last debacle in choosing a leader.

Varadkar a little unsure of his seat next time round will probably disappear into the mist – how’s the criminal investigation progressing. Kinda slow isn’t it? (A ‘little unsure’ is an understatement)

I’d guess the job is Pascal’s for the taking.
But he may be of the opinion that ruling from the background in the Dept of Finance is less onerous than having the figurehead job.
