Fox News photographer Pierre Zakrzewski – a London-based, Irish passport holder – has been killed in Ukraine from injuries sustained yesterday when the vehicle he was traveling in with reporter Benjamin Hall was struck by incoming fire. Mr Hall remains in hospital.
