Poolbeg Chimney Candles by Neill Treacy at Jam Art Prints
The results are in.
Last month, with a Poolbeg Chimney Candle set from Jam Art Prints on offer, we asked for your favourite place in Ireland for ‘rekindling old flames’ or ‘igniting new ones’. A secret spot for nookie, essentially.
You answered in your saucy tens.
But there could be only one winner.
Cú Chulainn snaffled the candles with this suggested location (appropriately close to Poolbeg):
“There is a spot on the featherbeds where only one car can pull in, which provides complete privacy for wild abandon with a view of the city, including the twin pipes, and the thrill of passing lights from the other nighttime debauchers.”
Splutter!
Well done, Cú Chulainn, and thanks all.
The Jam Art Print competition appears here every second Thursday.
Save Poolbeg
congratulations Cu !
Doirty. Deserved :)
Where are these featherbeds? Asking for a friend…
Gutted I missed this one. I had loads of not so secret places back in the day, near Christchurch, the carpark lane behind George’s Street, Portmarnock beach, etc….
Didn’t come in time what can I say.
I lolled. Well done Cu Chulainn.
