      Love me some Superhans.

But the best episode ever was the one (last I think) where Mark paints ‘I love you’ on his eyelids and makes a baked bean and lettuce dish.

No matter how often I watch it, his melting down is sheer comedy heaven.

I’ve heard exactly one Ed Sheeran song – shape of you.

To say it is bad is like saying the inner core of the sun is ‘warm’.

Each to their own I guess but Jesus H Christ was it bad, so bad I cannot even remember it which is a blessing I guess? I’m sure he’s a lovely lad though.

I think his audience is preteens, all my pals brought theirs and they loved it

Don’t you worry your silly little head over stuff and nonsense Ian.
Your cultural hero Garth Brooks will be along soon.
You can get dressed up in your big boy cowboy boots and pretend you’re the Lone Ranger.
        Yeehaaw

I missed this big concert. Hands up everybody else who did too. Hand up Corkonians who are gonna miss the big one there.

I feel for the residents, for whom the afterglow was apparently the street lights through the streams after the Park closed the loos before the crowds left. I imagine it would be to he same in and around other venues.

Now if this was the stones or Dylan or even U2 great but seriously an xfactor generation product

More of a Stooges/Hawkwind/Motorhead/Groundhogs fan myself, but lots and lots of people really like him. Not my cup of tea per se, but he can both write tunes and play the guitar, which puts him two steps ahead of other similar “popstars”.

It could always be worse. :)

The real story here is how the halted development (for planning breaches) at the crossroads of Collins avenue & the Swords road was used as a coach parking facility for this concert. Development (of 100s of apartments that are already sold to a REIT) held up so lets rent it to Aiken promotions as a massive car park. No change in planning needed it seems. F**k everyone that lives in that area. DCC can do as they please.
Dublin City Council are as bent as FFG.

Went to Roisin Murphy last night. First gig in yonks. What a set. I was blown away. Stage presence is not strong enough.
