I hope they do well but I’ll miss Adebisi Shank. They played some amazing gigs.
They’ll amount to nothing on VVarner as much as any other record label (just in a more prolonged, expensive fashion – remember Sony spending a couple of hundred grand on the Kanyu Tree? Who? Yes, quite) so I doubt that’s the issue. I think it’s mainly because they’re TopShop VVank.
I like their stuff and the chap on the right looks like the lovechild of Morrissey and Will Young which must count as a positive
