‘sup?
This morning.
Aldi has announced TV and radio presenter Lucy Kennedy (above) as the supermarket’s first Pet Ambassador. Lucy and her family welcomed rescue puppy Riley, a Golden Labrador crossed with Springer, last month.
Lucy says:
“I take huge pride knowing that our first pet is a rescue dog, as I am passionate about supporting the amazing work that people such as Lynne from Milo’s Mission Rescue do. ‘Adopt don’t shop’ has become my mantra ever since we put our names down a year ago to adopt a puppy.
“Riley and I look forward to sharing our ups and downs (#rileyandme) and hopefully creating a community of like-minded people throughout the year. Over the next few months, I will be talking to pet experts who will hopefully be helping our family and Riley and along the way, along with lots of other families.”

No time for her since she tried to humanise Hatie Hopkins.
I don’t think she tried to do anything like that at all and continually confronted her on her hideous opinions. If you object to the idea of just engaging with Hopkins in the first place well that’s a rather naive.
Attention seeking famewhores should never be engaged with and that’s all Hatie is. She’s seen that racism and hate makes her money so that’s her selling point.
That’s very absolutist, Daisy. The world – and people – does not just fall into simple black and white, and while I agree with you about Katie Hopkins, I think you’re being a bit unfair to Lucy Kennedy.
a rather naive way to debate with those you disagree or disapprove of.
Smile with your eyes….
thank God for marketing campaigns!
Who rescued who?
Poor wee dog
Our little man is a rescue
Poor little man before we got him
We had two pure bred labs both black
Both died
We were looking to buy a pup but we received a email before we found one for sale titled
A dogs will
Next day there was paddy’s photo in our in box on the computer
Here is paddy he is very strong and shy was the caption
Two days later here he was on our couch
Took a week before he moved off it a month before he sat on our bed and now he is just the most beautiful and loving companion tail wagging slobbering over everything and moulting like Yule bringer
Smart as a whip and kept us going in this lock down
Brilliant, Dickydoo.
I don’t think people really like Lucy Kennedy, she’s kind of charmless no? She must have a good agent.
The country has gone daft about dogs with most owners having little regard as to where their pooches defecate. It’s disgusting.
…the dog cannot have mange or wonky eyes or teeth, we need a great looking dog for Lucy, its showbiz !
