Arriving for a cabinet meeting to discuss Budget 2020 – released later today –  were from top: Minister Eamon Ryan, Tanaiste Leo Varadkar, Taoiseach Micheál Martin and Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe.

      I’ve always gotten the impression that he drives up to around the corner, parks, gets the bike out of the back and tootles in the gate. I’m sure I’m wrong, it’s just the vibe I get.

    as a single 44 yr old middle earner, there is literally never anything to be happy about in any budget. We are simply here to pay tax and that’s it. There’s no incentive to stay in the country, other than we are probably too old to emigrate.
