atBehold: the MV Augusta Rush 1000, an aggressively styled, track-only, carbon fibre 185kg superbike with a frankly terrifying 212bhp, 998cc, liquid cooled, inline four engine kept in check with a host of electronic rider aids, custom suspension, four pot callipers and huge brake discs.

atBehold: the Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime Steel watch ( ref. 6300A-010) – a thing of beauty and great mechanical subtlety.
Its stainless steel reversible case has two dials. One tells the time, date, and moon phase – all rendered in rose gold. the opposing ebony dial displays calendar information. There are twenty complications, including five acoustic functions, an alarm that strikes the preprogrammed time and a repeater that sounds the date on demand. The strap is hand-stitched black alligator leather.
But never mind all that.
Last Friday, it sold at auction for €28 million, (the previous record, for a Rolex Daytona being €16.1 million) making it the world’s most expensive wristwatch.

atBehold: the Pininfarina coachwork and Kammback profile of the 1965 Ferrari 500 Superfast Coupe – in its day, the flagship of Ferrari’s ‘America series’. The Superfast, with its 395bhp, 5.0l V12, was capable of 280km’h.
This model – one of only 36 painted black at the factory – comes complete with a full engine restoration, matching numbers and Ferrari Classiche Red Book certification.
Yours for a mere €2,270,000 plus change.

atBehold: the Ford X Webasto Mustang Lithium – an electric version of (the sixth generation of) an archetypal American muscle car – a 900bhp sports coupe with an old-school appeasing 6-speed manual transmission.
It is, however, a one off prototype (debuted this week at SEMA in Las Vegas) – a mere showcar that won’t make it into production any time soon.

atBehold: the Ösa+ – an ultra versatile modular electric motorcycle from Swedish manufacturer CAKE.
The aluminium frame is designed to accept a range of bolt-on attachments and the bike comes in two power specs, 1.5kWh and 2.6kWh, the latter of which has a 100km range and a three hour charging cycle.
Yours in 2020 from €6,500.

atBehold: the Aston Martin X Brough AMB 001 – a track-only collaboration between the auto manufacturer and legendary British motorcycle maker Brough Superior – the first ever hog to carry the Aston Martin name.
With a 180bhp turbocharged V-twin engine packed into a lightweight carbon fibre frame, it’s also one of the most powerful bikes ever built. Limited to 100 units, the AMB 001will go into production next year.
Yours for €108,000.
