So my film school is holding open auditions for actors of all ages. These will be taking part in our HD TV Studios in IADT Dun Laoghaire. It’s not your ordinary audition – all actors will receive a HD file of their monologue performance which they can use for showreel so etc. These files are used within the film school for casting fresh talent.

Wexford musical theatre group Oyster Lane Theatre Group are auditioning for Jesus Christ Superstar, which they’ll perform later this year. As always, it’s hard to find men to take part in shows, so they made this video to try and get people to join up and audition.
