A compilation of digitally animated photographs from the Burning Man 2015 festival in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada by filmmaker Ari Fararooy, who sez of it:
I decided to use all of my 2015 photos, as well as some of my 2014 photos, and bring them to life through the experimental technique of digital animation. My photographs illustrate my surreal experiences at the festival, often using my imagination to alter reality.

Face Forward: first exhibited at Burning Man 2011 and on show again this month at Maker Faire in San Francisco, Christian Ristow’s 12 foot tall aluminium sculpture of a human face is operated by 12 separate joysticks, obliging onlookers to collaborate in order to create recognisable ‘expressions’.
