The Roche family [Edward Street, Limerick] lost all their belongings in a fire on Christmas Eve. I do mean everything, including son Darren’s Debs suit. [Menswear shop owner] Tony Connolly in the town read about the fire and replaced it (above) Definitely worth a shout out (although I would have gone for a darker suit meself. Jusayin’).

Fair play though, in fairness.

UPDATE: he’s only cancelled the reception at the school.
