It’s only 4 days until the Hardy Bucks, return to RTÉ2 with the new series beginning on October Bank Holiday Monday at 10.25pm. But fans of the Castletown lads don’t have to wait that long to see the show. The first episode of the six-part series will premiere exclusively on RTÉ Player from tomorrow evening….

“The wild men of Irish comedy, the Hardy Bucks, are back this October Bank Holiday Monday, October 26, on RTÉ2. And in this series, they are joined by well known Irish actresses – Fair City’s Aoibheann McCaul and Susan Loughnane from Love/Hate.”
“In episode one, Eddie Durkan isn’t the man he used to be. Suffering from panic attacks after heavy weekends on the sauce, he feels he needs a woman’s touch to put him back on the straight and narrow and decides to have a go at winning back his ex Noreen – with disastrous results. Meanwhile, arch nemesis the Viper is expanding his weed dealing empire with the clever use of technology.”
