While taxiing towards the runway last night, the pilot of LH 543 [to Frankfurt] managed to undershoot the turn and get our plane stuck in the mud. Currently 18 hours into what we’re told will be a 30-hour delay, at least. Expected a much more efficient service from Lufthansa in fairness.
