This afternoon.

Comics Frank Skinner and David Baddiel of ‘Three Lions (Footballs’s Coming Home)‘ infamy celebrate England’s victory over Sweden in the quarter-final of the World Cup.

England will play for a place in the final against either Russia or Croatia, who meet in the last quarter-final tonight.

Coming or going home?

Only you can decide.

We Are Ireland – World Cup 2018 Song

Jason Branagan writes:

Today marks the start of World Cup 2018 and although Ireland aren’t there, it doesn’t mean we can’t have a World Cup song.

Ireland may not be the greatest footballing nation in the world (despite what the song says), but no one beats us on nostalgia and that’s what comes through here.

We Are Ireland is a homage to the spirit of the Irish football fans…

Oh, that‘s liquid football.
