Members of the Campaign Against Household and Water Taxes (CAHWT) at Dublin City Hall last night. The protest coincided with a motion being put by anti-household charge councillors on Dublin City Council. As only 5 percent have registered to pay the tax – one-third of the way through the government’s deadline – CAHWT is confident mass non-registration is now likely.
