Location and times to be announced.

‘Reclaim the Streets’ was a concept which existed internationally [a decade ago]. In Dublin it was a loose coming together of different individuals committed to anti authoritarian and non hierarchal organising.
The collective will emerge from the disgruntled, the city’s messers and tricksters, all those bored and sick of this age of austerity, ravers, rockers, buskers, artists, the unemployed, trade unionists, wage slaves, wee ones and the retired. We really hope that you will get involved.

The photograph of the four calm, young women on this [Irish Times cover] page tells us little of what had gone before…Only hours before, each was still deciding whether to appear in this picture.
In the end, they did it because they want people to see how ordinary they are…Their sole bond was the fact that each had had a pregnancy in which the baby was diagnosed with “an abnormality incompatible with life”, and that each had “travelled” to have that pregnancy terminated.
