Aoife Cregan with fresian bull calf Hopalong Cassidy in Church Cross, Skibereen, Co Cork
Four legs good.
Three legs grand.
Aoife Cregan
“I saw one leg coming out and I straightened it, but I couldn’t see the other one,” Farmer David Cregan told the Farmers Journal. “He was born on Tuesday and it was Thursday before he was able to stand.“
Can we adopt him?
Is this common?

what a cutie. they should keep him
Euthanize him now, and you can at least use him for veal.
No life ahead. Can’t breed, can’t give milk, can’t reproduce, he’s the bovine John Murray.
Three Legged Bull is my GF’s nickname for me
My girlfriends family have a dairy farm. They had a blind all black fresian calf so they named it “Stevie Wonder”!
completely normal
Not that common but not terribly unusual at the same time. Had a calf with 3 legs on our farm a few years ago and that’s the only one we had in about 30 years.
Hoof I got moos for you surely?
It’s f**pin fresian alright
Triskibereenatops, not seen since the end of Cretacowsus period !
I’ll get me elk-hide !
Say he’s only hoofing bulling he’s got 3 legs..
She’ll slice off another one if she’s not careful where she swings that arrow.
Looks sharp..
It’s just looks like 3 legs. It’s all about the perspective. Three legs up close, four legs far away.
Hope you call her Robin, as in reliant or trotter ..
Isn’t there something about this in the Book of Revelations?
A sign, like?
If only the calf was gay, they could start a fund to adopt her to a nice refuge in England.
