I heard a US general state that once armed drones became cheaper than human soldiers it would signal the end to people power. Any nation, group, company etc. could simply invest in it’s own drone army. No need for people really. I suppose this kind of tech helps redress the balance a little. It’ll be handy for the farmers who are being burgled by drone flying burglars too. Beats a load of buckshot I bet.
