at least a slow down would make a massive difference
Would a glass of wine not have been a far more useful comparison? Its not often I find myself ordering at the bar struggling to choose between a pint, a gin and tonic, or a whole bottle of wine.
Six glasses of wine in a bottle. So ~90cal a glass
