   This was first reported two weeks ago by kclrfm radio station; apparently this was filmed
   In April 2016 and person who took it being frustrated by repeated sightings of this decided to share image and later video. NPWS,
   Local coco(the ones discharging into CSAC river Nore) and EPA are investigating.
   This is the same stretch of river badly damaged by instream works three summers ago.
