AND Gallagher takes Leitrim… home and hosed now. Offaly not set to vote today but it’s already pledged to him, so that’s his four #aras18 nominations sewn up.

Ugh jobs for the (FF) boys eh?!
What has Gallagher done in the last 7 years to warrant him being considered again?
He has done nothing in the way of public service to recommend him to voters.
This is what I just don’t understand. Literally nothing has changed in the last 7 years, Why do you people think he’s electable again all of a sudden
he hadn’t done anything last time round either but still did bizarrely well
Also a very good point, his performance in the polls was very odd even if he was the “ff” candidate
the Country was very different then
2011 was the lowest point of the crash tbh
he spoke of being great in business
and using a business approach t’ getting the gaff up out’ve the _hit
he was going ta’ do great tings
n’ get loads of factories opened and FDI in
and all sorts
in the end he just sued the State Broadcaster
So for Leitrim and Roscommon
who have seen eFF all growth in the recovery that has Dublin splitting its seams
he has done nathin’
but thank them for their Presidential Nomination
yeah, good point
do you know how much the likes of gallagher would spend on the campaign? own cash or someone behind him? and what % do you need for the state to reimburse?
need to reach 33% (I think) of the eventual quota to get €200k back
but it makes great business sense to someone like Gallagher to throw a half a bar in
for a risk of 300k the reward is huge
bigger than Robinson huge for someone only interested in Private Sector interests
shur even a Local Bank here will pay him 150 k plus expenses a year to chair a meeting 10 times a year plus an AGM
so he wins either way
Don’t dey always Brudder
Btw. Fianna eF lads in the Oireachtas, and those looking t’ join ’em will regret this behaviour from their Councillors
+ 1
Bizarre he decides to run yet even more bizarre to me he gets the nod.
whats he bin’ doing since the last run?
eFFin nathin’
directorships mainly in the UK
nothing here
only maybe donating t’ election funds
so there’s that
Why oh why…?
It’s Michael D’s to lose surely?
This is as boring as the GAA season.
Where will his transfers go.. that’s the million dollar question
But the good news is… he hasn’t a hope.
Is he growing his hair again, or is it just me?
