    Got a Boyles sports one just now. I don’t mind ads, I dislike full screen ads on my iPhone that take 5 seconds to close.

            I don’t mind the ass myself. I think they do well, and are not annoying. Most have a ‘X’ or ‘Close’ button anyway :) …hope they pays de bills!!

        Anyways Broadsheet- you really don’t look your age- no more than 7- all those lasered vein treatments, vampire facials, dental implants, hair plugs and Botox look great.

    As always, can’t turn in without turning on D’Sheet to see how the world looks through those ever knowing eyes. So lucky I get in there before the 1st rolls around to say thanks for the glorious Sheet. 9 years of sheet scrolling is worth more than most Phds out there. Keep spilling the digital ink folks.

      The weekends are the most unmoderated with the least content but overall I think a review of the week post would be good as an interim.

      Otherwise I wouldn’t change much other than bringing back BOTTY.tv which seemed to be getting into its stride when it was canned. Maybe less frequent episodes and more variety in contributors for that.

      Overall I think the slightly heavier moderation ( though sometimes maddeningly inconsistent) has greatly improved the site and as BB said below we would all like to contribute sometimes in return for the great work you do.

    I can’t believe I missed your belated birthday celebrations! It was this post that brought you to my attention: https://www.broadsheet.ie/2011/04/01/unecessarily-long-distance-photo-of-large-fire-in-terenure/ and I’ve been an avid reader ever since.
    Keep doing what you are doing, as an ex-pat living in that there London your site helps me to keep in touch with what’s going on at home – and the wonderful mix of news, current affairs, uncovering of nefarious doings, cartoons, choons and miscellaneous other weird and wonderful posts makes your site a must visit whenever I have few minutes to spare.

        i know it comes up every time we have an ‘occasion’ but would you not consider a patreon yoke. i think it can be anonymous etc so there wouldn’t be any compromise etc. if nothing else, i’d like to stand a round for the BS crew every now and again – as would many other, i’d say
