Écoles de retour?
Pardon my Leaving Cert French but Is it not ‘Retour À L’école’ or ‘Le Retour Des Écoles’?
I didn’t like to say
“la rentrée scolaire”, or just “la rentrée” – though maybe that is more for the one in September. But that is what I would call it.
Either way, the kids are saying it’s merde.
School’s back, no?
La rentrée ;)
kinda has to be September for that in my opinion,
like Le Grand Départ has to be end of July/Aug
You would say it for any big ‘rentrée’, like in January also, I would have thought (all of those newspapers seem to agree with me).
more familiar with September in vernacular use personally but sure I say boxing day for the 26th, depends on your milieu :)
Déconfinement
