Ha ha ha! Its just like living in the “Friends” apartment.

Its the pigeon loft above the green shop, the tiny window matches.

Haha, this place has a familiar feel. I made a late night purchase in a drunken state in there one night. I’d say the landlord of that place turns a blind eye to comings and goings.

you’d have to be off your face to handle that mishmash of ” design” decor

Jaysus that’s nasty, looks like the landlord got all the cheap crap left behind in other properties and effed it all in here. One person would be going up the walls after a week, four people would be a bloodbath.

(What’s the yellow thing under the washing machine)

The last place I rented was in in 2017 and it was a top floor two bed apartment in Rathfarmham village for 1600 quid.

How the hell can this kip be 1600 now? It’s only three years ago! There’s inflation – but come on.

How are people meant to save for a mortgage?

      Looks like it.

It actually looks like there’s a small boiler under that sink to heat the water and someone has connected the water pipes for the washing machine to the sink and drains by running them along under the window. Now that’s classy.

    That table.
    Cup-o-soup for starters.
    Pot Noodle for main.
    Petit Filous for dessert.
Leave your drinks on the floor.

It’a a 2 bed apartment. Very reasonable actually. It looks fairly spacious & well kempt. & clambrassil st is quite quiet right? Great location.

    Anyone wanna go in?

Comes with 4 crying chairs in the dining area so you can sit and cry with friends.

It’s like they went all out on the chimney wall and then ran out of budget.

Get it right. Upper Clanbrasil Street. Lower Clanbrasil Street is only 800 a month for twice the size. Notions
