We do expect that within the next three weeks, hundreds of thousands of people will receive their digital Covid cert, either electronically or perhaps even by post.
“We’re working out now whether we can use that domestically.
“It was only ever intended for international travel and border check control people checking these passes is a very different thing from your local pub or your local restaurants and that’s what needs to be worked out.”

Surely a way around this green pass is to just put on a big Northern Irish accent when going into a pub or restaurant.
Since I assume that travellers from “abroad” won’t need them.

Exactly. That “Russian cyber attack” is pure BS. Watch as it, along with this PPS Vishing scam that’s getting all the media coverage, are used to question the integrity of the current PPS system. Biometric digital IDs for everyone. The sheep will think it’s a really practical and obvious solution.
Anyway, no matter what anyone thinks, the Digital Green Covid Vaccine Bio-Security Passport is coming in & it will be modelled on the Chinese Social Credit System & it will limit access to Jobs, Housing, Medical Care, Public Transit, Food, Clothing, Voting, in short, Everything, for those who don’t fit the State’s idea of a good citizen, which of course they’ll change, at will.
The future has all been arranged, things ’round here are going to change & very much for the worse, unless you’re wealthy enough to be invited to Davos. The short, post-WW2 experiment in Liberal Democracy is over, the Technocracy is coming, Capitalism ended in 2008, anyway, when trillions in debt was monetised, Democracy will follow it into the history books, if it’s not gone already.
