They are suing him and he won’t be in court. Going to court isn’t a “win” you have to actually win your case. These people are clearly nutters. They are talking about the death penalty.

Well the court clearly thinks there is a case to be heard, otherwise they would not have considered it.
As for the death penalty- there is such anger in certain quarters in Australis that if Andrews appeared, he probably would be strung up.
