I fully support their right to protest, even though I am diametrically opposed to their position on climate change. The problem for them though is the way the Left weren’t so keen on the right to protest during the pandemic, when it was the restrictions being protested against. They need to learn that the right to protest is for all viewpoints and not just theirs. In any event, I wish them good luck in their court case.

Ditto for the right to protest peacefully on public streets outside hospitals carrying out abortions.

The right to protest peacefully is very important. And its just as important for causes we hate as it is for causes we love.

While the right to protest is important.

There’s some protests that just makes people come across as total dicks.
Protesting outside and intimidating people outside an abortion clinic is of those circumstances.

And I say this as someone who voted for abortion, even though I disagree with it on a personal level.

What someone else does with their body is none of my business.

That we think people come across as willies doesn’t matter. They’ve a right to peacefully protest.

Well criminal damage includes ripping down an election poster or defacing a street with smashing an egg.
When gas powered power stations are considered green energy by government one just cannot keep a straight face when all these carbon taxes come on line.
In all reality government action is climate destruction whilst fleecing the citizen
Let’s face it carbon taxes hammering people for heating their homes and going to work .and industry can avoid paying for their pollution not by going green but buying carbon credits to off set against what they would have to pay in fines.
In all reality carbon trading is another industry that must be banned.
Then no carbon taxes on when people jet off on holiday and business which in one journey creates two months carbon footprint on one foul swoop.
The day I see no plastic on veg in a supermarket I will listen ,until then I will drive the biggest carbon footprint and buy smoking coal by the ton
