This afternoon.

Kyiv, Ukraine.

A flack-jacketed Simon Coveney, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, walking with Ukranian special forces and, controversially, Garda ERU, to lay flowers at a memorial wall to those slain in the conflict with Russia

      Hopefully in Mariupol
Coveney mixing with the big boys and having talks about how he will rid Ireland of its neutrality
This cretin really is a WMD And enough to have you supporting Russia

          1. SOQ

Delightful- and the rumours still persist that US Gen. Roger L. Cloutier is in the steel factory. Of course the shills on here were determined to spin he was elsewhere but not a peep out of him. Not even a thirty second video to say he is where they claim.

        1. Dinkum

No I just think he is a cretin
He is useless solving something under his control and decides to increase his profile regarding Ukraine
Politics is dangerous especially with people like hominem on the international l stage
These guys want our neutrality gone so we do what the EU wants
He has the power to March ireland off to war
And that affects all our lives
Unlike me an old contentious fart

          1. Duncan Wheeler

Yes to that. He/they are envious of Tony Blair’s war mongering millions and would like a slice of that action. If he can sell our assets to increase his standing amongst the EU glitterati all the better. No shame for the deluded chancer.

        2. K. Cavan

Kim has what Biden has, I think. English is a difficult language to master, I’m told. It would be easy to misunderstand what Dinkum wrote, if you were an idiot.

    2. K.Cavan

Attempting to spread unisex toilet facilities around the globe. Both The Zapper and Roddy Boy seem obsessed with kids toilet activities, the former spent something like 200k of taxpayers’ cash on a ‘paper’ looking into school toilets & what sort of a wodge would be required to end the provision of sex-specific toilets in our schools, while the latter made statements about how it wouldn’t cost too much, really.
      A right pair of groomers.

Minister Coveny, has the full support and backing of Tony Blinkin,he’s an extremely skilled diplomat and has no need for a military escort, his security is well taken care off,in essence he’s untouchable.

ain’t that rite Kinihan’s and your UVF partners.

      1. anti bot

Irish begrudgey at its best. Pile in about an Irish minister visiting an invaded country. You really are an immature bunch of knobs. mad /soq/goo will pile in telling me I’m mad whilst innocent are getting killed.

        1. Sara

You’re right. It’s super brave of Coveney to be going to Kiev at this time. He’s not doing it for self-publicity at all. He really cares about the innocent Ukrainians getting killed. I only wish we could be better people for his sake. We weren’t worthy of his totally uncorrupt father, I only hope we can do better for the son.

        2. Dinkum

Anti bot we are talking about Simon coveney a complete plonker
If he thinks his international reputation of housing Ukrainian refugees before our own people can work all I can say is we did not arrive up in a banana boat

          1. anti bot

Beside your racism, can you please explain why it is acceptable for a country to be invaded by another, and that we won’t help them?

          2. Janet, dreams of an alternate universe

turns to hordes of Tibetans in Dublin and nods sagely,
it’s never acceptable but this time we are on board ?

          3. Janet, dreams of an alternate universe

I’m all for helping the Ukrainians, I just wish people were less hypocritical

          4. Cian

Can anyone tell me what percentage of the homeless here in Dublin are Irish vs non-Irish?

And same breakdown for those on housing lists?

Before you go on with “housing Ukrainian refugees before our own people”…

          5. K. Cavan

At least you’re being consistent, Aunty Bot. I’m pretty sure I recall you supporting Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria & Libya & you never stop going on about Yemen, isn’t that right?
You’re a fearless peace activist, not some clownish twat who’s been whipped into a drooling frenzy by cartoonish propaganda in the MSM.

          6. K. Cavan

No, Cian, go & find out for yourself. If you want to ponce about, splitting hairs, go get hold of your facts before babbling your nonsense on here.

        3. TenPin Terry

Goo/Mad – for they are the same person – is off today it seems.
Called in for a double shift at Rosslare Harbour.

          1. GiggidyGoo

Haaahaaa. Charger in full schizophrenic mode. Now that’s mad!
            Back of his hair net!
Hope you’re comforting your queen after her attending her husbands funeral alone while your hero was partying.

        4. K. Cavan

Sure, Aunty Bot, it’s just begrudgery when citizens of an historically (& currently) neutral country question the idea of our politicians supporting one side in a war, it’s not like that’s the exact opposite of being neutral, is it?
Probably, Coveneyy is there in his role as a member of the WEF, his main gig.

        5. K.Cavan

Where’s the precedence for Ireland, a neutral country, sending Ministers to visit countries at war or for letting the (fake) president of such a country address what looked like the best-ever attended session of our parliament, Aunty Bot? It’s never happened, to my knowledge, nor should it. Such unprecedented actions make it quite clear that there’s more to this than meets the eye. At least I can name a few Ukrainian footballers, most Irish people knew nothing & cared less about the place, until our media very deliberately & in concert with those who rule The West, turned it into a cause célèbre.
It’s all about the punishment this will allow our Globalist-controlled politicians to justify meting out to us & how it will help their efforts to Build Back Better.

      2. K. Cavan

I reckon that’s crack, not reefer, Mr T. I mean, Simon “Bilderburg” Coveneyy, is known for dipping plomacy, worldwide.

    1. Duncan Wheeler

The “Minister Coveny” shows you up for what you are. an apologist for some of the most venal and selfish creatures on the current political scene in Ireland. And that’s some feat considering who’s around now.

    1. johnny

Ireland and its Minister has lots reasons to be there, this is just one.

“I discussed with Foreign Minister Kuleba this morning the essential need for accountability for the appalling acts committed during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“I met the ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan, earlier this week, and I know his office is working closely with the office of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General, Iryna Venediktiva. It is essential in all situations where war crimes may have been committed to undertake investigations and ensure the collection of evidence including in relation to crimes of sexual and gender-based violence and to provide support for witnesses, victims and survivors.”

      1. E'Matty

Exactly like in 2019 and the massacre in the Syrian town of Baghuz, where a special U.S. military operations unit dropped massive bombs on a group of mainly women and children, killing about 70. The military not only failed to acknowledge the botched attack but even bulldozed the blast site to cover it up. Only after a New York Times exposé later did the military even admit that the strike took place.

I totally remember Irish politicians condemning that massacre…oh wait, it was never even mentioned by these showboating hypocrites. I don’t remember you being outraged either Johnny ya mindless warmonger cheerleader.

      2. K. Cavan

Allegations, johnny, do not make a crime, rumours & propaganda appearing in an utterly, almost comically, corrupt media don’t really cut it, unless you’re an idiot who thinks courts, trials, evidence & the presumption of innocence just get in the way of administering justice.

      1. SOQ

Let’s see what is flushed out of the steel works eh? One thing is for certain- it sure as hell is not a democracy.

Anyways, looks like Russia is going to start hitting strategic points in Kiev- I doubt if there will be many photo ops after that starts.

        1. Vlad X. Novichok

Stock up on the lube then MurderQ because you’re gonna be workin’ your pud down to a flaky stump otherwise…

          1. K. Cavan

“Workin’ your pud”, hmmmm, sounds more like female masturbation than the male variety, doesn’t it? Vlad may be a trans-commenter, as well as a sick little puppy.

      2. K. Cavan

In what way is Ukraine “sovereign” scottser? The CIA overthrowing it’s last two governments doesn’t make you question that assumption? The phone calls between US spooks, deciding who will be in the government & who will be excluded, don’t raise doubts about that, no? The way NATO were illegally training & arming Neo-Nazis, employed by that state to go kill their own citizens wouldn’t appear a bit dodgy, to you? The fact that the current President is an actor, who, prior to becoming president, had no involvement in politics, that passes your smell test?
All just piffling, minor details, right?
        Mostly sovereign.

      1. Dinkum

Maybe we did years ago but Poland now is the biggest supplier of beef to them and far bigger EU wise these days

      1. K. Cavan

I don’t think they want WW3, Dinkum, just to cut off food & fuel supplies to EU citizens & businesses, in order to make us more amenable to The Great Reset. By pretending to be rabidly, deeply concerned & involved in this war, which has nothing to do with us & trying to make it appear that the Russians are acting like the US usually does, in one of their regular invasions, they provide justification for starving & freezing us all into submission & finishing off the last few bits of our economy that managed to survive their fake pandemic scam.
Will the sheep remain blisfully unaware of what’s going on, right up to the moment the knife caresses their throats?
        Baaa, baaa!

  2. Mé Féin

Does that wall also memorialize Russians who lost their lives in the conflict? If not, aren’t those Ukranians very immature? Has a book been written by Ukraine’s Joe Duffy on the Russian children who lost their lives in the conflict? Will Ukraine’s army memorials recognize all the armies Ukranians fought in such as the USSR’s? If not, isn’t that a sign of immaturity too?

  3. Covid19000

“Ukraine is a sovereign country, Russia has no business there..”

Fairly straightforward point that one sovereign nation cannot exercise war as an instrument of policy against another sovereign.

    Then this response

“Let’s see what is flushed out of the steel works eh? One thing is for certain- it sure as hell is not a democracy.”

Yeah, probably more dead people. You should just stick to talking to yourself.

“Anyways, looks like Russia is going to start hitting strategic points in Kiev- I doubt if there will be many photo ops after that starts.”

This isn’t even a response agreeing or disagreeing. It almost gleefully looks forward to the destruction of peoples’ lives. You look forward to death.

    1. K. Cavan

Ah, Covid, lad, you’re named after a fake illness, for goodness sake, how do you expect your childish rants to be treated seriously when you’re named after a fake illness?
Why not pick a more accurate name, a real illness, Syphilis, maybe?
