This bothers me a fair bit
It’s been widely said for a number of year that a low fat diet isn’t a great idea for weight loss and that increasing omega fatty acids can aid in weight loss.
Reduce the carbohydrates, increase the protein from lean meat sources and the fats from nuts, avocado, supplements.
Also do more, eat less.
Might I Add…. a six pack on the belly is actually a sign that your body has not got enough fat and is in fact unhealthy !
