The night time economy has ties to the tourist economy.
Start getting with them, networking now with anyone you can in the tourism economy and work on it together to get up on the priority list.
That’s what I’d be thinking anyway if I were in that biz. The weight of the tourist industry should bring more clout.
The Tivoli and The Hanger nightclub were both demolished in 2019 to make way for hotels. The tourist economy is severely damaging Dublin nightlife.

Most nightclubs and bars operate on very slim margins. The mooted capacity reductions will completely destroy the hospitality industry – if they were barely breaking, or making a small profit, even at 100% capacity, you can imagine what the accounts will look like at 30% or even 50% capacity.
