Over a month ago, according to the Irish Times, about half of ICU patients were fully vaccinated. Given that more people are now vaccinated than then, that figure is likely to be higher- and will increase as the efficacy of the vaccines wane.

Yeah, that 70% figure seems highly suspect when almost 100% of the over 75s, and over 95% of over 65s have been vaccinated. Where are these ICU unvaccinated coming from? The virus generally only puts the old sick and elderly in ICU and this cohort are vaccinated to bits. Most unvaccinated are young healthy people. Are we to believe ICU is now filled with young healthy people with Covid now? I suspect that 70% is another fraud being used to demonise the unvaccinated. We’ll probably find out they are elderly long term ICU patients who were considered too ill to receive the vaccine and have remained in ICU. Being held up as antivaxxers. No real information on them at all..what age? How long have they been in ICU? What other conditions did they and do they have besides Covid? That 70% figure is highly suspect in how it is formed and being used.

The 70% figure was released yesterday by the HSE
Yes, but who exactly are these people making up the 70% when the cohort vulnerable to Covid are overwhelmingly vaccinated? Are we to believe that this is all young unvaccinated people now in ICU? Hardly. Or, are we to believe that the tiny proportion of Irish people in the vulnerable category still unvaccinated are now being hit by this virus exponentially worse than before? No detail on this ICU unvaccinated cohort is provided. What age? What underlying conditions? Vaccine declined or not adminstered based on medical advice (I.e. too sick to be vaccinated)? They could be long term ICU patients with cancer deemed too vulnerable to be vaccinated for all we know, yet Reid is busy presenting this as the unvaccinated being hit hard solely because they are not vaccinated. All part of his efforts to demonise the unvaccinated and the ultimate push for mandated vaccines.
The HSE also claimed that almost 2,500 people died from Covid in 2020, yet there’s no sign of that in the mortality figures, which are exactly, and I mean exactly, in line with expectations. It’s as if 2020 was a perfectly normal year with no excess mortality, none whatsoever. Maybe the HSE is right and the CSO is lying but only one of those organisations has any reason to lie.
Then, the hospitals being over-run, while 17% of beds were occupied by Covid victims at the absolute height of it, mid-February, this year.
It’s almost as if statistics are being made up & you can’t believe any of them, or something
Ireland managed the covid crisis in 2020 with minimal excess deaths.
Unlike, say, UK, US, Italy, Spaon, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, and tens of others.

Very true Micko. Nobody has ever explained why over 90% of those who died were never admitted to ICU when Covid is a treatable illness. It would be quite interesting to find out how many of those who died had DNR notices.

Is this coming from the HSE Chief Clinical Officer’s misleading statement yesterday on RTE News at One? He said “69% of ICU patients are unvaccinated against Covid”. RTE later repeated it on their twitter account. But after clicking through to the article they linked to, it becomes clear that the 69% figure doesn’t relate to those currently in ICU. It’s derived from a period of over 7 months. Nor is it 69% of all patients in ICU. The percentage only pertains to Covid cases (ie- those who’ve been badged as “Covid cases” after a positive PCR test whether or not they’re in ICU for something else).

Back on 1st of April, only 225,000 of population were classed as ‘vaccinated’ – ie. had received two doses. This means the percentage of people badged as “Covid cases” that are currently in ICU and unvaccinated is clearly going to be lower than 69%.

Well spotted. I knew I smelled a rat. I noticed a similar devious trick being used for figures in a number of media outlets lately. They say things like “Over 5,000 people have now died with Covid in country X. 90%+ of those who died were unvaccinated”. They include all Covid deaths since day one, and long before vaccines arrived, to inflate the proportion of deaths being linked to the unvaccinated.
I wonder why they’re doing that, obviously they want to demonise and other the unvaccinated, that’s straight out of the NSDA handbook but I’d suspect they’re also trying to avoid revealing how ineffective the injections are by diluting the “injected & infected” numbers in outdated stats.
If they need to do this, there’s bad news for the injected coming down the track, no doubt.
If the damage the gene therapy does to the adaptive immune system proves permanent, they’ll get the pandemic they’ve been faking, for real.

Slip in the word “recently” and people will assume last few days, weeks at most. How many will be thinking 6 months back as being included as “recent”? Not many, I’d wager. Not a single msm journo picks up on or questions them when they roll out this blatant attempt to deceive the public and demonise the unvaccinated.

look. I think we all know by now that being vaccinated does not stop you getting covid. It does, however, minimise the severe symptoms. It means that the unvaccinated are exposed to more and more vaccinated people people and are, in turn likely to contract covid without the safety net of the vaccine.
So as more people become vaccinated, obviously the percentage of those with covid being vaccinated will increase. If the entire population was vaccinated then 100% of people with covid would be vaccinated. That stat is completely meaningless
