“A response  I have had framed from a letting agent to my email after phoning him to enquire about  a property. He told me it’s not actually spacious -“it’s quite tight” and “absolutely no pets”. The advert boasts spacious and doesn’t mention pets! He also used the word “crap” in relation to all of the other properties on the market and that he only lets “quality” properties!! Indeed!”
