“I found this dog this morning wandering aimlessly around Temple Bar/Millennium bridge, he does have a blue collar and appears to be a Collie mix.”

“Staying in a mate’s house in Cork where they’ve been looking after this dog [above] who turned up at his house about two weeks ago. He’s been looking after the dog since as the dog seems old, but really would like to return her to her owner. She was wearing a pink collar when she turned up to my mate Gav’s house. I’m in Cork over the next couple of days and can return her.”
She was found on Wellington Road in Cork city.
