Taking photos of things Dublin City related for 4/5 years we decided to set up this site as a pictorial document of Dublin City and to show off some of the more hidden gems we have in our city. We will be regularly updating the site and please find us on Twitter @dubcityphotos and on Facebook too!

It’s that time of year again where I try to win the Favourite Child of the Year award by telling you all about my mother’s Mustards with notions!

It’s been a great year for The Lodge Barna Mustards – mammy finally has a website where you can buy them online (Ireland only so far), there are now EIGHT mustards in the range including a Buckie mustard, a Galway Hooker Pale Ale Mustard and a Dingle Gin, Lime & Juniper Mustard! (Such notions!)

The mustards are on sale all over Galway city and county, in Kerry (at the Dingle Distillery) and in our nation’s capital too in Gleeson’s of Booterstown!

A scarf for the lady.

A cravat for the gent.

Racy.

Charmaine Kenny, at the Irish Workshop, online home of Irish-made stuff, writes:

‘Twas far from silk we were reared, but we are a little giddy about a new silk scarf collection by Dúinn Designs. Inspired by heritage sites like the Giant’s Causeway, Skellig Islands and the old library at Trinity College Dublin, these scarves weave stories of Irish heritage in an exciting modern twist in 100% Silk Crepe De Chine. Fancy!

Fight!
