Of this double-yellow pram-gauntlet on Pigeon House Road, Ringsend in Dublin, Fiona writes:
This path is always obstructed with illegally parked cars, including Bord Gais vans. No ones ever clamped. Impossible for a wheelchair or buggy to pass. Starting to think all the clampers live in the apartments beside it.
