The greatest Oirish film you may never have seen?
‘A Quiet Day in Belfast‘ – a 1974 made for TV movie, starring Emmet ‘Dick Moran‘ Bergin and Margot ‘Lois Lane‘ Kidder.
Filmed entirely in Dublin, it depicts the story of Jack, a British soldier and Brigid, a young Belfast Catholic who fall in love.
It’s like Leap Year (2010) with some political violence thrown in.
Name those locations anyone?

Oirish rom-com classic Leap Year (2010).
And its most toe-curling scene.
