“Oh Vienna”

Brian (Patton, top right) and Peter (Zinter, top left) bring their experience together to make a dream come true, by opening The Brickmakers Ale & Cider House, a craft beer and BBQ temple in Vienna, Austria. Everything does not go as planned.

Tobias Jensen, head brewer of To Øl craft brewery in Copenhagen also pays us a visit and hosts a craft beer dinner with Peter’s food and Tobias’s beers.

Brian (top left) and Peter (right) visit the famous SoMa StrEat Food Park in San Francisco together with the perfect guide, Mike Winston , a San Francisco based foodblogger, followed by a walk through the city’s Mission district with local food & travel writer Georgia Freedman . Brian also revisits Mission Chinese Food to speak to founder, Anthony Myint, about the true meaning of ‘Pop-Up’.

Who knew Vegan Tacos could taste so good? Brian Patton (top left) and Peter Zinter (right) go back to the root, visiting an avocado farm in the California Hills, followed by a trip to Gracias Madre, an ‘all vegan’ tacos restaurant that makes the most of vegetables rather than ‘meat substitutes’. As their journey progresses, so does Brian and Peter’s apparent ‘bromance’.
