Does anybody actually consider anything he says as anything more then a flippant statement with no thought, zero pre-planning, or no intended follow through.
Yes, all that, except with him as one of the most powerful men in the world in charge of a country with enormous influence in international relations. At this point I think his only real goal is to cause as much chaos, confusion and distress as possible while he and his family get their snouts in as many troughs as possible.
He regularly raises or lowers share prices based on these flippant remarks, so that can’t easily be ignored as the ramblings of an imbecile.
