Ingenious place to clamp a car. Really “keeping Dublin moving” there lads..
Those clamped will be landlords nipping in to collect rents, so ha flippin ha. Until, perhaps, the rent goes up to absorb the clamp release fee..

They need to get rid of clamps and bring in proper parking wardens and fine people. At least then they can drive off and not block the road.
