An overpaid podcaster, Joe
Who believes that he is in the know
Badmouthed the vaccine
Then said that he’d been
Infected, which just goes to show

I’ve watched a number of his podcasts. Entertaining and funny. Never heard him anti vaxing. Infact, I’ve heard him slagging the anti vaxers on a number of occasions.

Guys like him need to die. It would probably save the lives of hundreds of impressionable men who listen to his crap.

I’m not a fan of his by any means and think he has said some unwise things but despite that I think its a bit much to suggest he needs to die. I reserve that level of opprobrium for the likes of Kim Jong Un, The Taliban and ISIS; a talk show host who probably smokes a little too much weed, not so much?

Hope he gets better soon and uses his experience to stick with the facts I guess?

Look what happened with Trump and Bojo. Largely emboldened by surviving covid which ultimately cost lives particularly in america.

        1. ian-oG

Well I’d be hard pressed to defend either of those coprophages to be honest.

          Very, very hard pressed. ;)

As said, I would not be a fan of Rogan’s but I think the world has seen enough death the last while, what can I say, I’m a bit of softie?

Rogan is a black belt in Taekwondo and a fitness fanatic. If he can be laid low by the virus, it’s a salutary lesson for all of us.

I can’t believe he is so popular. Listened a few times (after much urging from people who like his show) and I just don’t get it.

It’s on par with Gwyneth Paltrow’s ‘GOOP’ in my view. Telling people stuff they are already primed to want to hear and believe.

      1. Rob_G

Same – have listened to a few, and while he gets great guests, found it a bit hit-and-miss.

Also, could not believe he got his start as a stand-up comedian – he seems pleasant enough, but really flat and humourless.

    Says he’s grand though.

Also, pretty sure he’s only ever said that he thinks young people shouldn’t get jabbed coz of the risk reward ratio. He’s very in favour of it for older people, or anyone with co morbidites regardless of age.

Oh and that there probably should have been a campaign to promote the nations health and taking care of ones self.

    Which would make sense.

Some of the comments above. Jesus lads.

    1. SOQ

Joe Rogan is not a vaccine critic. He has issues around the cost benefit ratio for young people, but that is where its at now. Question the official narrative and you should die- absolute morons.

Where did I say it was a lie? Conspiraloons are taking animal worming paste because reputable doctors won’t prescribe the human version for them.

        1. Nullzero

Conspiraloons, ratlickers and all the others… Will they ever learn to cease to exist so Daisy can rest easy?

          1. Daisy Chainsaw

I rest easy, vaccinated with clean hands and laughing daily at the angry, impotent, antimask, antivaxx, antilockdown loons.

  5. An older man

I believe joe took a vaccine and still got it. I believe variants are less lethal but more contagious. The abuse on this chat is very poor form.

    1. tom2

He’s telling us he beat it because he’s fit and also the weird drugs he took post exposure. He has blood on his hands along with others here. Let’s hope karma prevails.

  6. James_Russell

at the end of the day, his anti-vaxx anti-science platform has cost lives, if he wants to gamble on horse worming paste that’s up to him, but broadcasting it as a cure is an attack on public health and should be blocked

    1. Royal M

Agreed – he’s an ill-informed buffoon who repeatedly provides a platform for questionable ideas, pseudoscience and extremist views. I once listened to about 20 mins (all I could manage) of his interview with Gavin McInnes -founder of the “Proud Boys”. Some of the content was borderline eugenics, of course totally unchallenged by the incurious, stoned Rogan. This episode oddly doesn’t appear on his Spotify, mmm, I wonder why?

    1. tom2

Funny how he is so open about his medical treatments and issues yet hasn’t said anything about being vaccinated. Makes him seem like a dangerous crank.

      1. SOQ

People who are vaccinated still catch SARS-CoV-2 and some still get seriously ill from CoVid-19 and die- so what relevance is his vaccination status?

        1. paddy apathy

His vaccination status is relevant because: 1. if unvaccinated then he can claim with some validity that whatever cocktail he took alleviated symptoms or 2. if vaccinated maybe just maybe the vaccine did its job.
          But you know this already.

          1. SOQ

If he is vaccinated then he clearly did not trust the vaccines if he went to such lengths with early intervention treatments, I know I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my life- especially given the amount of people still getting sick and dying.

But what really puzzles me is how people can all of a sudden have such faith in such pharmaceutical companies when they have already been prosecuted for billions because of corruption and fraud.

    2. Sten

So what’s the deal SOQ? Why is the medical establishment down on Ivermectin? Surely selling it is just pharma profits also?

      1. SOQ

If Ivermectin is recognised as a valid treatment then the vaccine emergency use authorisation will be pulled. Once they get full approval, you will see a 180 media turn on it.

          1. SOQ

It’s fact- the only justification for EUA is that there is no alternatives.

The US frontline doctors group have been saying this for most of a year- but they are probably mad too yeah?

It’s not like Pfizer has ever been fined for corruption or anything before now is it?
