Its not public land though is it, they are renting a bit as storage but that will be returned I assume.

Anyway thanks to this war we are going to have a massive recession plus interest rates will shoot up

Anticipating this very thing, I ensured earlier this year that I was locked into a further 7 years fixed interest rate, taking me up to the end of this crazy decade of transformation. My loan payments have actually dropped by €150 per month under the new rate and I now have a level of certainty and peace of mind on that front at least.
