..it amazes me that people still comply with planning permission,given how the govt has failed in housing.
Mixed emotions on the scheme,kinda depressing watching it,but has some benefits.
….in LA people just went ahead built ‘granny flats’ or back houses,the council had no choice as like in Ireland,they really have no ability to enforce ‘planning”,so residents in LA county just went ahead and built….oh hold on its Ireland where people still believe in ‘planning’ permission,cui bono?

So, just to be clear, those people pay to learn to build tiny houses by building tiny houses and then he sells the tiny houses. That’s a great business model. ;-)
