Roman Candle Sparkle with Liam Kinsella from the Dublin SPCA.
Bit of a long day.
Dublin Spca write:
Today our inspector Mr. Liam Kinsella collected this kitten named sparkle from a very kind lady who had taken it from children that were trying to attach fireworks to its legs with cable ties. Sparkle is very lucky as it is unthinkable to imagine the injuries this horrific act could have caused. Please make sure all your pets are safe and sound tonight.
