Have you heard of this new online game?
Where everyone tries to defame,
An innocent kid,
‘Cause heaven forbid,
She escapes a whole lifetime of shame.

So Robert has taken the crown,
He’s a Corkman of worldwide renown,
Though of course there’s no way,
He’d have won in my day,
Before athletics got dumbed down.

If you’re looking for trouble then you,
Should head down to Dublin Zoo,
You can burn off some rage,
Inside of a cage,
And take on a tapir or two.

Re:comments.
John Moynes writes:
“Today’s limerick was written about Dublin Zoo’s decision to allow members of the public into enclosures with animals that had the ability to seriously injure them. Pointless silly season games

Sent away from this Emerald Isle,
It’s almost as though,
They don’t pay what they owe,
Can we not let them stay, just a while?

So Ed wants to come over here,
For asylum, which seems rather queer,
So let’s lock up the scamp,
In the old Mosney camp,
He’ll soon decide to disappear.
