Dublin Traffic – Gardaí & emergency services are currently dealing with a traffic collision in the grounds of a church at New Road, Clondalkin. It’s understood the driver of a car fell ill and struck a number of pedestrians. Further updates will follow.

The incident that just happened in Clondalkin a few hours ago was because a priest took a heart attack whilst driving into the church yard. It was at my Dads uncles funeral. Hope everyone is ok 😥x

Scenes at Thornfield Square apartments, Watery Lane, Clondalkin, Dublin, this morning following a suspected arson at the complex at 5am.

The fire broke out at the Thornfield Square Apartments, Watery Lane, Clondalkin (above) shortly after 5am.

Up to ten units of the fire brigade and ambulance services attended the scene.

There are no reports of serious injuries.

The apartment block is being treated as a crime scene and gardaí believe the fire was started maliciously.
