Created by British tattoo artist Ian Hopkins and featuring Dark Knight, Catwoman, Joker, Riddler and Penguin, comic book frames, speech bubbles and trademark KA-POW!s and BAM!s, this sleeve tattoo took 40 hours to complete and won the Best Large Colour award at the 2012 Titanic Ink Tattoo Convention.

In 2010, world traveller Bill Passman had a blank map of the world tattooed on his back with a view to colouring in the countries he’d already visited [pic2] (and all those he’s visited since [pic3]).
He visited Ireland (and Norway) in the Summer of 2007.
Passman is currently working his was through India, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Meet Mr X
atDirector Alex Nicholson’s first film is a dark short featuring South London tattooist Duncan X reminiscing about his life and work.
As his tattoos materialise (VFX by MPC motion design studio):
…the subject matter becomes lighter and the viewer warms to him- his tattoos become part of his story, rather than the usual vehicle for judgment.
