Like many people the last few days, I’ve cancelled my @Spotify premium account. I found if I move to “free”, my “premium” account gets automatically cancelled. I won’t listen to “free” anyway because it has ads and have moved to Apple music and Tidal.

This afternoon

Dublin-based rock and folk legend Mike Scott joined flexi-elbowed Steve Wickham for a launch busk of The Waterboys’ new album Modern Blues outside the Gaiety Theatre, Dublin..

Modern Blues, recorded in Nashville is the first work by Mike since his slaying of Arthur’s Day.
