The story of 10 Russian soldiers getting lost and ending up 20 miles into Ukrainian territory is still being pedalled.

“Now a few days ago there were 10 Russian soldiers who mistakenly crossed over the Russian-Ukrainian border into Ukrainian territory. The incident happened at night while at a part of the border where there are very few signposts”

A big demonstration titled “BREAKING BREAD” was made by Ukrainians, Russians & Irish in Dublin at the Russian Embassy today. The protest featured dozens of loaves of bread piled at the gates of the embassy. The reason was that during a recent protest an embassy official made a comment along the lines of … What are you doing here? Why don’t you work to earn money for bread, instead of standing here?

In response we brought as many different types of bread as we could loaves – bagels, baguettes & more – and left them in front of the gates. This was both to reply to the Ambassador and represent Ukraine’s reputation as the breadbasket of Europe. Approximately 120 attended the protest.
