GraceM card(1)

Lost her cards.

No disgrace.

Helen writes:

This morning a bank card and other important cards belonging to ‘Grace’ were found on Arkle Road, Sandyford Dublin 18.
We think the owner was heading in the direction of the Luas. They were handed into reception at Millbank House on Arkle Road (opposite Microsoft). Perhaps the owner will see this and she can come in and collect them?

My Lapierre bike was taken between 6.20pm and 7.45pm outside Super Valu in Ranelagh {Dublin 6] lastFriday [April 24] Above is what it should look like, however what is different is my bike had red writing on the saddle, not blue. The lock and one tyre was left behind, so the bike should have one Michelin Dynamic tyre but presumably the thief will add another similar one….

bike

FOUND in Dublin.

This doesn’t normally happen.

Emma writes:

I found a bike outside my house which looked like it had been robbed. You can see a bend in the frame where the lock would have been pulled off. It’s an old bike but I would say someone’s missing it, she looks like she’s cared for. Maybe one of your readers is missing their ride?

Anyone?

His ‘n’ her bicycles.

PINCHED.

Ciaran Connolly writes:

These two bikes –  a Cube Agree GTC racer (left) and a Dawes duchess (right) were taken from Loretto Abbey apartments Rathfarnham [Co Dublin], from an underground carpark (that needs a fob), a locked bike shed with 2 good locks attached – has made me very sceptical of everyone.   I have seen very little of those Cubes on the road so if I do see anyone cycle one I will stop them and ask – I am sure they wouldn’t mind as I would do the same for someone in the same boat…

Niamh Sherlock at the Downs Syndrome Centre writes:

A wonderful Mum who is involved with the centre and who is doing the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon for us was out training yesterday and lost her engagement and wedding ring.
The route she ran was along Collins Avenue, Swords Road, Griffith Avenue and Killester [Dublin]. As you can imagine she is devastated and hoping for a miracle.
We know it’s a long shot but perhaps one of your readers may live in the area and happen upon them. If anyone finds them they can contact Niamh in The Down Syndrome Centre on 01 661 8000 and she will pass the details on.

Please.

Nobody wants him.

The slobbery goofball.

Heather writes:

Galway SPCA looking for a forever home for a cuddly and goofy dog Bane who happens to have a rather fearsome-looking face. He’s been in their kennels for almost 2 years now…I especially like the photo of him looking pathetic at the lady.

Two years.

Galway SPCA add:

Yet again we are sharing Bane in a desperate plea to find him a forever home….20 months now he has sat in a kennel…20 months hoping …20 months of making us smile every day with his clown-like antics….
Since his last posting Bane has been doing a lot of work around other dogs and been enjoying the interaction. Loveable….affectionate….funny….All he wants is someone to love and to love him back…Is that too much to ask?

Evidently.
