Nearly Dunne.

The D4 hotel complex being renamed Ballsbridge Hotel this afternoon. Control of the Jury’s and Berkeley Court hotels was regained from Sean Dunne’s MJBCH last month The syndicate, which was led by Ulster Bank Ireland Limited, had provided Mr Dunne the €400 million to buy the hotels in 2005.

Twitter Inc. has acknowledged that after mobile users tap the “Find friends” feature on its smartphone app, the company downloads users’ entire address book, including names, email addresses and phone numbers, and keeps the data on its servers for 18 months.

The smallest known chameleon species – Brookesia micra – recently discovered on a tiny island off Madagascar by a team of researchers led by Frank Glaw.

Glaw, who has been going to Madagascar to research its ever-expanding list of amphibians and reptiles for a quarter century, said that B. micra may represent the limit of miniaturization possible for a vertebrate with complex eyes, but said it’s impossible to know for sure since each time scientists have proclaimed the discovery of the tiniest one yet, another, tinier species appears.

“Maybe there’s a potential for a smaller species,” Glaw said.
